Prior to joining Tyler Law, Emma worked for a complex litigation firm, representing insurance carriers, private individuals, and businesses in personal injury, catastrophic injury, and real property matters. Her wide-ranging experience includes automobile liability, premises liability, trucking/transportation, housing/habitability, trespass/nuisance issues, water rights/environmental law, construction defect, and landslide liability.

Emma graduated from the Regent University School of Law, where she was awarded a full-tuition academic scholarship. At Regent, Emma received the Ronald L. Fick Book Award for earning the highest grade in State Civil Pretrial Practice and Procedure. She was also a selected oralist and brief writer for the Touro Law Center National Moot Court Competition in Law and Religion.

Before attending law school, Emma worked in marketing and development for an award-winning nonprofit arts and cultural center. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Music from Chapman University and was a vocalist for the university’s opera program.
